Abstract
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia results from a deficiency in one of the enzymes in cortisol biosynthesis pathway. The most common deficient enzyme is 21-hidroxylase. One of the most important dignostic criteria is ACTH stimulation test. Late onset congenital hyperplasia cases are characteristically polymorphic in nature. In this study we present 23 late onset congenital adrenal hyperplasia cases which were diagnosed by ACTH test and the subject is discussed in detail.
