Abstract
The patients accepted to be of reduced thrombocyte count due to pseudothrombocytopenia have been undergone to unnecessary examinations and treatments. On occasion of this case, the literatüre knowledge was reviewied related this subject and put forth some opinion in how will be arrived to the differantial diagnosis.
Özet
Psödotrombositopeni nedeniyle trombosit sayımları düşük olduğu zannedilen hastalara gereksiz tetkik ve tedaviler yapılmaktadır. Bu olgu nedeniyle bu konudaki literatür bilgisi taranarak ayırıcı tanıya nasıl gidileceği konusundaki görüşler sunuldu.
