Abstract
Congenital uterine anomalies resulting from müllerian fusion defects are the most common types of malformations of the reproductive system. Among those anomalies, the septate uterus is the most common one and associated with the poorest reproductive outcome. In this paper we represent a case of complete uterine septum diagnosed incidentally at caserean section of a 32-week pregnancy.
Özet
Müllerian füzyon defektlerine bağlı konjenital uterin anomaliler, reprodüktif sistem malformasyonlarının en sık rastlanan tipleridir. Bu anomaliler arasında septat uterus, en sık görülen ve reprodüktif sonucu en kötü olan anomalidir. Bu yazıda 32 haftalık bir gebelikte sezarten operasyonu sırasında tesadüfen saptanan bir komplet uterin septum olgusu sunulmaktadır.
