Abstract
A receipt is a kind of written order to the pharmacist prescribed by medical doctors. Pharmasist's responsibility is to follow the medical codes and rules in reading the prescriptions. This is intentionally negligence and malicious duty. In this article, druggists responsibility about disobeying code to write prescription is discussed. The informations that need to be included in a receipt, the rules of prescribing drugs by different health professionals and those which can not be sold without a receipt are defined by national health systems. In several countries nurses, midwifes and health officials are also capable to prescribe. Another important point is that in some countries like Turkey, nurses, qualified workmen and medical technicians are also allowed to give away the prescribed drugs. In this study, we present a primary infertile woman with osteopenia-osteoporosis, who suffered from an inappropriate treatment because of an erroneous interpretation of the given receipt.
