Abstract
When breast cancer strikes a woman, it poses the danger of emotional harm as well as opportunities for personal growth to both the woman and her spouse. Husbands of breast cancer survivors, like their wives tend to experince posttraumatic growth positive life changes in the aftermath of the trauma.This study set out to identify the social context factors that are associated with personal growth in husbands of breast cancer survivors

Meme kanseri tanısı alındığında hem hasta hem de ailesi tarafından benzer potansiyel emosyonel güçlüklere neden olmaktadır. Meme kanserli hastaların eşleri de mevcut durumu yaşamlarına müdahale eden posttravmatik bir süreç çerçevesinde yaşarlar. Bu çalışmada meme kanserli kadınların eşleri ile olan hastalık sonrası değişen ilişkileri incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
