Abstract
Considering euthanasia requests of patients with hopeless prognoses as a right and having established legal regulations for it in the USA and in some countries of continental Europe has become a major clinical ethical problem and an ethical dilemma today. Seeing the right to live as autonomy of a person, inclusion of this concept in the universal declarations of patient rights, and legitimizing the right to die will lead to many problems in the future.
