Abstract

Özet

Hatay Türkiye'de farklı dinlerin bir arada yaşadığı en belirgin şehirlerdendir. Hatay ilinin kültür ve dinler konusunda renkli mozaiği gastronomik etkileşim yönüyle ele alınarak farklı dini inançlara mensup bireylerin mutfak etkileşimi bu çalışmada incelenmiş, dinlerin gastronomiye etkisi araştırılmıştır. . Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin %72'sini Müslümanlar , %21'ini Hristiyanlar ve %7'sini Museviler oluşturmaktadır. Aynı zamanda katılımcıların %90'ı çevrelerinde farklı dini inanca sahip kişilerin bulunduğunu belirtmiştir. en sık kullanılan baharatların ortak olması da gastronomik etkileşim olduğunu göstermektedir. Musevi katılımcıların %52'si Hristiyan katılımcıların %33,8'i yöreye ait yeni bir yemek yapmayı öğrendiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Müslümanların%2,6'sı Musevilerin %12'si Hristiyanların %76,3'ü domuz eti kullanmaktadır
