The Place of Concise Copyrights in Historical Awareness and Science of Kalam in the Islamic Education Tradition

Abstract

Historical awareness is an accumulation of experience transferred to the next generations and an important historical heritage also descended to the next generations. This accumulation of experience, which is also known as custom and tradition, has passed through the filter of history and become classic. The method to be followed by the Muslims who have had an accumulation of knowledge for fourteen centuries in transferring this culture to our day is of great importance, as well. In the study, it was tried to examine the copyrights reasons of classics in general and of akâid and kalam classics in particular and what they will bring in the next generations. The methodology that will be followed in reading these classics which direct the science of Kalam will be analyzed on this occasion. Because getting stuck in the lines of written texts in transferring the tradition to the present day might create problems with the universal values of Islam.

Özet

Tarih bilinci sonrakilere aktarılan bir tecrübe birikimi ve gelecek nesillerin hazır bulduğu önemli bir tarihi miras olma özelliği taşır. Gelenek, örf, adet ismi de verilen bu tecrübe birikimi tarihin süzgecinden geçerek klasik olma niteliğini elde etmiştir. On dört asırlık bilgi birikimine sahip Müslümanların bu kültürü günümüze aktarmada izleyeceği yöntem de ayrıca büyük öneme haizdir. Bu çalışmada genel olarak klasikler özelde de akâid ve kelam klasiklerinin telif nedenleri ve bunların sonraki nesile neler kazandırdığı incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Kelam ilmine yön verme özelliğine sahip bu klasiklerin okunmasında izlenecek metodoloji de bu vesileyle analiz edilecektir. Çünkü geleneği günümüze aktarmada sadece yazılan metinlerin satır aralarına sıkışmak, İslam’ın evrensel değerleri ile de problem oluşturabilmektedir.
