All Inclusive Education Secondary Education Level Effects Of Tourism

Abstract

In this study, the effects of tourism education at secondary level were investigated for all-inclusive system (AIS) that is applying to the tourism sector in Turkey. For this purpose, two questionnaire surveys were conducted over two groups. A negative prediction about the all-inclusive system is concluded due to research of trainer stuff that can not educate on quality competency-based personal. But it is understood that students that are directly or indirectly into to this system are not participating at the same rate level

Özet

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'de turizm sektöründe uygulanan her şey dâhil sistemin orta öğretim düzeyindeki turizm eğitimi üzerine etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, eğitimciler ve öğrenciler üzerinden iki ayrı anket formu ile bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Yapılan araştırma sonucunda; eğitimcilerin kalite konusunda yeterliliğe dayalı personel yetiştirmedeki tereddütlerinin olması, her şey dâhil sistem hakkında olumsuz öngörülerinin oluşmasına neden olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Ancak bu olumsuz düşünceye, sistemin içerisinde doğrudan ve birebir yer alan öğrencilerin aynı oranda katılmadıkları anlaşılmaktadır
