The Mediating Role of Organizational Trust on The Effects of Servant Leadership and Organizational Justice on Organizational Identification

Abstract

The aim of this study determined to research whether was affected Organizational Identification (OI) by Servant Leadership (SL), Organizational Justice (OJ), Organizational Trust (OT) and, how was affected OI by SL and OJ and, whether there is an indirect effect of OT on the relations of OI-SL and OI-OJ. For these aims, the questionnaire was developed with Dennis and Bocerne (2006)'s SL scale, Colquitt (2001)'s OJ scale, Mael and Ashforth (1992)'s OI scale, Bromiley and Cummings (1996)'s OT scale. The validity of scales authenticated with multi-factor structure for SL, OJ, and OT, with one factor structure for OI. The reliability of scales were calculated as Cronbach's alpha (?) values (SL=0.95; OJ=0.93, OT=0.76, OI=0.87). According to the hypothesis tests which done by Structural Equation Models; has seen that there are direct positive effects between SL, OJ, OT and OI or between SL, OJ and OT; finally has determined that there are positive and partial indirect effects between OT and SL-OI or between OT and OJ-OI.

Özet

Örgütsel Özdeşleşme (OO)'nin; Hizmetkâr Liderlik (HL), Örgütsel Adalet (OA) ve Örgütsel Güven (OG)'den ve OG'nin de HL ile OA'dan nasıl etkilendiklerini ve ayrıca OO-HL ve OO-OA ilişkilerinde OG'in dolaylı bir etkisinin olup olmadığının incelenmesi çalışmanın amacı olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda uygulanan ankette; HL için Dennis ve Bocernea (2006)'nın; OA için Colquitt (2001)'ın; OO için Mael ve Ashforth (1992)'un; OG için Bromiley ve Cummings (1996)'in geliştirdiği ölçekler kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin geçerlilikleri HL, OA ve OG için çok faktörlü, OO için tek faktörlü yapılarıyla doğrulanmış ve güvenirlilikleri ise cronbach alpha (?) değerleriyle (HL=0.95; OA=0.93; OG=0.76 ve OO=0.87) hesaplanmıştır. Yapısal Eşitlik Modeliyle yapılan hipotez testlerinde; HL, OA ve OG ile OO arasında; HL ve OA ile OG arasında doğrudan olumlu etkilerin olduğu, OG'nin OO-HL ve OO-OA ilişkilerinde olumlu yönde kısmi dolaylı etkisinin olduğu görülmüştür
