Abstract

3 gastric stump carcinoma cases were seen and treated surgically in the first surgery Clinic of Haseki Research Hospital. The period between the first operation and the development of the carcinoma are 20,30 and 12 years. All the patients were male, all the tumors infiltrated the gastric seroza and treated with total gastrectomy. Postoperative course were uneventful and no complication were seen. Patients and subjects were presented with the review of literature.

Özet

Haseki Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde son iki yılda 3 adet mide stump kanseri vakası görülmüş ve cerrahi olarak tedavi edilmiştir. İlk ameliyatlarından kanser tespit edilene kadar geçen süre 20,30 ve 12 yıldır. Üç hasta da erkektir. Üç hastanın tümörü de serozayı aşmıştır. Tüm hastalara total gastrektomi uygulanmış ve postoperatif dönemde komplikasyon gözlenmemiştir. Hastalar ve konu literatür gözden geçirilerek sunulmuştur.
