Abstract

Evans's syndrome is the simultaneous or sequential occurrence of coomb's positive hemolytic anemia and immune thrombocytopenia without unknown underlying etiology. In this case report, our patient was 1.5 years old boy who presented with petechia and profound anemia. In his laborautary analysis; we saw coombs positive hemolytic anemia and thrombocytopenia. According to these clinical picture laboratory results, we diagnosed Evans syndrome for this patient. This rare disease was examined by the light of the literatür data.

Özet

Evans Sendromu aynı anda ya da daha sonra ortaya çıkan coombs pozitif hemolitik anemi ve immun trombositopeni olup bilinen etyolojisi yoktur. Yaygın peteşiler ve derin anemi ile gelen 1.5 yaşındaki erkek çocuğunda coombs pozitif hemolitik anemi ve trombositopeni saptandı. Evans sendromu tanısı kondu. Nadir görülen bu hastalık literatür bilgileri ışığında gözden geçirildi.
