Abstract
Gaucher disease is the most common lysosomal storage disorder. With physical and laboratory investigations of a 9 month agedfemale, abdominal distantlon, weight loss and respiratory distress symptoms, we have diagnosed the infantil type Gaucher's disease. Even it is rarely observed in childhood, we have presented this case because ofability of recovery with therapy in last years.
Özet
Gaucher hastalığı en sık görülen bir lizozomal depo hastalığıdır. Karın şişliği, kilo alamama, solunum sıkıntısı ile başvuran 9 aylık bir kız hastada yapılan tetkikler sonucunda infantil tip Gaucher hastalığı tanısı konuldu. Çocukluk çağında ender görülmesine rağmen günümüzde tedavisinin mümkün olması nedeniyle bu olguyu sunmayı uygun bulduk.
