CHEESE CONSUMPTION HABITS OF CONSUMERS IN ORDU CITY

Abstract
This study was carried out to determine cheese and cheese types consumption habits of the 120 people living in the city of Ordu. SPSS software was used for the evaluation of the data. As a result, it was determined that consume 88.3% of individuals white cheese, kashar cheese for 86.7%, 60.8% of tulum cheese, 50.0% lor cheese and 57.5% of cream cheese. Individuals, cheese most preferred drink tea they consumed next to the types (85.8%), respectively. Individuals, as most drinks tea with cheese (85.8%) have preferred. While most individuals purchase cheese, expiration dates (47.5%) were paying attention. Furthermore, the proportion of normal cheese rate found was 50%.
Özet
Bu çalışma, Ordu il merkezindeki bireylerin peynir ve peynir çeşitleri tüketim alışkanlıklarının tespiti amacı ile tesadüfi olarak seçilen 120 kişi ile yürütülmüştür. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak bireylerin % 88.3'ü beyaz peynir, % 86.7'si kaşar peynir, %60.8'i tulum peyniri, % 57.5'i lor peyniri ve % 50.0'si krem peyniri tükettikleri belirlenmiştir. Bireylerin, peynir ile birlikte en fazla içecek olarak çayı (% 85.8) tercih etmekteler. Bireyler peynir satın alırken en fazla, son kullanma tarihine (% 47.5) dikkat etmişlerdir. Ayrıca, peynir fiyatı normal bulanların oranı % 50 olmuştur.
