Vine is a kind which fruit, must, leaves and pruning residues can be evaluated in different areas.Wastes of produced products can be acquired the country’s economy using in many different areas in recent years.Marcs occurring from the processing of the grapes contains too much micro-nutrients. Therefore, grape marc beused as growing media, silage additives, provender, textile and food industries; grape seed and seed oil be used ascosmetic industry, food and feed additive; vine leaves be used for organic fertilizer production; pruning residues beused as evaluated furniture industry, growing medium and fuel.
