Abstract

Purpose: The aim of the research is to determine the possible changes in costs and profitability with the integration of price sensitivity measurement and quality costs management into the target costing process in a hotel enterprise serving in an all-inclusive system.

Özet

Amaç: Çalışmanın amacı, her şey dâhil sistemde hizmet veren bir otel işletmesinde fiyat duyarlılık ölçümü ve kalite maliyetleri yönetiminin hedef maliyetleme sürecine entegrasyonu ile maliyetlerde ve kârlılıkta ortaya çıkabilecek muhtemel değişimleri tespit etmektir.
