Özet

Hemen bütün toplumlarda her türlü sosyal değişmenin temelinde eğitim vardır. Öğretim; eğitimin okulda yapılan, organize edilmiş şeklidir. “Okullar insanlığın atölyeleridir.” Okul etkinliklerinin merkezinde veya arka planında öğretmen vardır. Öğretmen “Öğretmen Okulu”nun ürünüdür. Öğretmen okulları sistemin dinamosudur. Türk Öğretmen okullarının köklü bir öğretmen-insan ve toplum felsefesine sahip olmaları zaruridir. Abstract

Education is the basis of all social development almost in every society. Instruction is a form of organized education given in the schools. “Schools are the ateliers ofthe humankind”. Teachers are at the center and also the background of most activitiestake place in schools. Teachers are the products of “teacher training schools” and therefore, they are the motive power of educational systems.
