An Analysis on Sustainable Development Indicators in Turkey: Social Welfare and Social Services

TÜRKİYE’DE SÜRDÜRÜLEBİLİR KALKINMA GÖSTERGELERİNİN ANALİZİ: SOSYAL REFAH VE SOSYAL HİZMETLER

Abstract

Sustainable Development is a multidimensional concept. Evaluation in the way of economical, social, environmental and political indicators of sustainable development that constitute a general framework to explain development and social welfare of countries. Dealing of social welfare and social work in the way of sustainable development indicators provide to be formed concept integrity. In this study, sustainable development indicators part from subtitles as economical, social, environmental and political that provide to be formed frame relation to current situation for development about this issues. At the same time, current situation evaluate as sustainable development from the point of social welfare, social work and social political.

Özet

Sürdürülebilir kalkınma, çok boyutlu bir kavramdır. Sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın ekonomik, sosyal, çevresel ve politik belirleyiciler açısından değerlendirilmesi, ülkelerin gelişmişlik ve sosyal refah düzeylerini açıklamak için genel bir çerçeve oluşturmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın belirleyicileri açısından sosyal refah ve sosyal hizmetlerin ele alınması kavram bütünlüğünün oluşmasını sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada sürdürülebilir kalkınma göstergeleri ekonomik, sosyal, çevresel ve politik olmak üzere alt başlıklara ayrılarak, Türkiye’de bu göstergeler bağlamında kalkınma açısından mevcut duruma ilişkin bir çerçeve çizilmiştir. Aynı zamanda mevcut durum sürdürülebilir kalkınmanın araçları olarak sosyal refah, sosyal hizmetler ve sosyal politika açısından değerlendirilmiştir.
