Ağır preeklampsili bir gebede spontan dalak rüptürü ve amiloidozis

Abstract

Although a number of cases were reported in the literature about the spontaneous rupture of spleen, spontaneous rupture of the spleen and amyloidosis in a severe preeclamptic pregnancy have not been reported before. We reviewed with the possible pathophysiologic mechanisms of amyloidosis and preeclampsia on the formation of spontaneous splenic rupture and we also stressed importancy of the early diagnosis and early surgical intervention to decrease the mortality rate.
