Abstract
This study was conducted at Hacettepe University Hospital, and clinical and autopsy findings of induced deliveries of 416 intrauterine death fetuses or fetuses with genetic disorders, between 1982-2001, were retrieved from the archives of pathology. The importance of post-mortem examination in diagnosing such diverse pathologies was emphasised. (Gynecol Obstet Reprod Med 2001; 7:159-160)
Özet
Hacettepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesinde yapılan bu çalışmada Patoloji Ana Bilim Dalının arşivinden 1982-2001 yılları arasında intrauterin exitus veya genetik bozukluk nedeniyle doğurtulan toplam 416 fetusun otopsi sonuçları incelendi. Postmortem incelemenin patolojik özelliklerin ortaya konulmasındaki önemi bir kez daha vurgulandı.
