Abstract
Uterine cervical prolapse concurent with pregnancy is a rare condition. We presented a case of cervical prolapse of the gravid uterus. After a conservative treatment with bed rest in tredelenburg position during pregnancy and locally aplicated antiseptic solutions and estrogen creams she had a succesfull spontaneous vaginal delivery. She hadn't got any antepartum and postpartum problem. Some complications of gravid uterus such as abortion, retention of urine and premature labor were reported in literature. Careful prenatal and intrapartum observation and good hygine is important for succesful manegement.
Özet
Gebelikte uterin servikal prolapsusa rastlanması ender bir durumdur. Servikal prolapsusu olan bir gebe olguyu sunuyoruz. Gebeliği boyunca tredelenburg pozisyonunda yatak istirahati ve lokal olarak antiseptik solusyonlar ve estrojen kremler uygulanarak konservatif tedavi edilen hasta normal spontan vajinal doğum yaptı. Olguda herhangi bir antepartum ve postpartum problem gözlenmedi. Literatürde abortus, idrar retansiyonu, prematüre doğum gibi komplikasyonlar bildirilmektedir bu nedenle dikkatli prenatal ve intrapartum gözlem ve iyi bir hijyen başarılı bir tedavi için gereklidir.
