Abstract
Heterozygous achondroplasia is one of the non-lethal skeletal dysplasia. Most cases of heterozygous achondroplasia are due to a new autosomal dominant mutation, and there is an association with advanced paternal age. The clinical manifestations of heterozygous achondroplasia include narrowed chest with relatively normal trunk length, rhizomelic shortening of the limbs, a large head with frontal bossing and a depressed nasal bridge. We report one case of heterozygous achondroplasia, diagnosed prenatally.
Özet
Heterozigos akandroplasi ölümcül olmayan iskelet displasilerinden biridir.
