Uterus leiomyomatozis ve intraabdominal parazitik myom: Olgu sunumu

Abstract
A 50-year old woman was presented with lower back pain and menorrhagia secondary to 16 week size uterus and a parasitic leiomyoma. She underwent an exploratory laparotomy, total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salphingooopherectomy and exicion of 20x20 mm parasitic leiomyoma were performed. This report describes a parasitic fibroid which occurs rarely.
Özet
4 aylık irilikte myomatö uterus, parazitik myoma sekonder sırt ağrısı ve menoraji şikayeti olan olgu sunulmuştur. Hastaya total abdominal histerektomi, bilateral salfingoooferektomi ve 2x2cm parazitik myoma eksizyonu yapılmıştır. Bu makale nadir görülen parazitik fibroidi vurgulamaktadır.
