Laser peripheral iridoplasty and iridotomy in nanophthalmos

Abstract
A case with nanophthalmos underwent argon laser peripheral iridoplasty and Nd:YAG laser iridotomy to prevent glaucoma. The aim of this study is to discuss nanophthalmos and the preventive processes.
Özet
Nanoftalmoslu bir olgunun her iki gözüne glokom proflaksisi amacıyla önce argon lazer periferik iridoplasti sonra da Nd:YAG lazer iridotomi uygulandı. Çalışmada bu olgu vesilesiyle nanoftalmosta, uygulanan girişimler ve sonuçlarının tartışılması amaçlanmıştır.
