Abstract

Endophthalmitis is one of the most devastating complications of the cataract surgery. A case who presented with acute endophthalmitis and necrotising scleritis due to S. Pneumonia in the late post-operative period with 2 recurrences is discussed

Ektopia lentis et pupilla sendromu olan 35 yaşındaki erkek hastada pars plana lensektomi-vitrektomi ve pupil rekonstruksiyonu ameliyatları ile iyi bir görsel rehabilitasyon sağlandı. Bu sunumda hastanın klinik bulguları, cerrahi tedavisi ve seyri tartışıldı
