Accumulation of phakic pattern pseudoexfoliation material on a intraocular lens

Abstract
Approximately two years after cataract surgery, accumulation of “pseudoexfoliative material (XFM) on a phakic pattern'' which is a rare phenomenon and consisting of classic three-zone on the intraocular lens (IOL) was detected in three cases and evaluated by clinical examination and anterior segment screening.
Özet
Katarakt cerrahisinden ortalama iki sene sonra, göz içi lens (GİL) üzerinde klasik üç zondan oluşan ve nadir bir fenomen olan ‘'fakik paternde psödoeksfoliasyon materyali‘' birikimi saptanan üç olgu, ön segment görüntülemesi ve klinik muayene ile değerlendirildi.
