Transureteroureterostomy and to apply bilaterally DJ stent in a patient with gunshot injury

Abstract
Gunshot injures of the ureter are rare. Because the ureter's mobility, its narrow diameter and anatomic characteristics protect it from trauma. After gunshot wounds, if bullet's tract or cavitation are near the ureter it can cause delayed necrosis. We notify in this case the patient with ureteric necrosis after ureteroneocystostomy due to gunshot injury and we performed transureteroureterostomy in it and we placed bilaterally DJ stent in this operation in our department.
Özet
Ateşli silah yaralanmasına bağlı üreter travmaları nadir görülür. Çünkü üreterin mobilizasyon kabiliyeti, dar çapı ve anatomik olarak iyi korunması onu travmalardan koruyabilir. Ateşli silah yaralanmalarında eğer üreter kurşun traktı ve oluşan kavitenin içinde yada yakınında ise geç dönemde üreter nekrozu gelişebilir. Bu olgu bildirisinde ateşli silah yaralanmasına maruz kalan hastada üreteroneosistostomi yapılmasını takiben gelişen üreter nekrozunu ve yapılan transüreteroüreterostomiyi ve operasyon esnasında bilateral DJ stent uygulamasını irdeliyoruz.
