Isolated traumatic hip posterior dislocation: A case report

Abstract
Traumatic hip dislocations are considered to be an orthopedic emergency and should be reduced as soon as possible. In this article we present a ketamine assisted reduction of isolated posterior hip dislocation in emergency conditions. Avascular necrosis did not occur in our case and we would like to draw attention to the issue that reduction should be done immediately

Travmatik kalça çıkıkları ortopedik acildir ve mümkün olduğunca çabuk redükte edilmelidir. Bu yazıda izole posterior kalça çıkığının, acil şartlarında ketamin yardımlı redüksiyonunu sunuyor ve avasküler nekrozun oluşmadığı vakamızda redüksiyonun acil yapılması gerektiği konusuna dikkati çekmek istiyoruz
