Abstract

The treatment of giant seminal vesicle cyst which accompanying ipsilateral renal agenesis with robot-assisted laparoscopic surgerySeminal vesicle cyst with ipsilateral renal and ureter agenesis is very rare condition. It can cause pain, infections and infertility also. Treatment choices are open , laparoscopic and the robot assisted laparoscopic surgery. Robotic technology offering not only a magnified 3-dimentional view and enhancing the tremor but also postoperative less analgesic reguirement improving postoperative outcomes with shorter recovery times and hospital stay. Here we reported our experience about robotic surgery for huge seminal vesicle cyst with contrast enhanged during abdominopelvic computed tomography which is accompanying ipsilateral renal agenesis.

Özet

İpsilateral renal ve üreteral agenezinin eşlik ettiği seminal vezikül kisti çok nadir bir durumdur. Ağrı, enfeksiyon ve infertiliteye neden olabilir. Açık cerrahi , laparoskopi ve son zamanlarda popüler olan robot yardımlı laparoskopik cerrahi tedavi seçenekleridir. Robotik cerrahi sadece 3 boyutlu görüntü sağlama ve titreme problemini en aza indirmekle kalmayıp ayrıca postoperatif dönemde daha az analjezi ihtiyacı, kısa nekahat dönemi ve daha kısa hastanede kalma süreleri elde edilebilmektedir. Biz burada ipsilateral renal ageneziye eşlik eden ve kontrastlı abdominopelvik bilgisayarlı tomografide kontrast tutan dev seminal vezikül kisti olgusunda robotik cerrahi deneyimimizi sunduk.
