Radial club hand; A rare congenital deformity

Abstract
Congenital absence of the radius is a rare skalatel deformity and usually associated with other synd¬romes or orthopedic abnormalities. It's usually diag¬nosed at birth. We report a 20 year old man who has radial club hand and there is no familial history and associated abnormality. We decided that this case was an isolated abcent radii, related to genetic muta¬tion.
Özet
Radiusun konjenital olarak yokluğu nadir görülen ve genellikle diğer ortopedik anomaliler ve sendromlarla birlikte görülen bir iskelet deformitesidir. Tanı genelde doğumda konur. 20 yaşındaki erkek olguda doğumda farkedilen, başka patolojisi ve ailesel hjkayesi olmayan radius yokluğu tespit edildi. Bu olgu gen mutasyonuna bağlı izole radius yokluğu olarak değerlendirildi.
