Removing calsified ureteral catheter: One case

Abstract
Ureteral catheters which are not removed in a certain period, cause to destruction of the anatomical structure and to impairment of the functions of the affected kidney. In these cases, the aim should be to take off the catheter by using minimally invasive techniques. In our case, ESWL, mechanical cystolithotripsy and PCNL have had to be performed in order to remove the ureteral catheter which calsified and has not removed for more than one year.
Özet
Belirli bir süre içinde çıkartılmayan üreter kateterleri, böbreğin anatomik yapısı ve fonksiyonlarında bozulmaya neden olur. Bu olgularda amaç, kateterin çıkartılmasında en az invaziv yöntemlerin kullanılması olmalıdır. Olgumuzda, bir yıldan daha uzun sürede çıkartılmamış ve kalsifiye olmuş üreteral kateteri çıkartmak için ESWL, sistoskopi eşliğinde mekanik sistolithotripsi, perkutan nefroskopik yaklaşımla laser lithotripsi uygulanmalarına gerek oldu.
