Abstract
The inguinal canal is a rare site for ectopic endometrial tissue implantation. Coexistence of endometrioma with inguinal hernia is extremely uncommon. In order to make a differential diagnosis for acute abdomen, it is mandatory to define the typical relationship of the lesion with menstrual cycle by a through history taking. We present the clinical, ultrasonographic and radiologic features of a rare inguinal endometriosis case associated with bilateral renal rotation anomaly in the absence of any Mullerian defect.
Özet
Inguinal kanal, endometrial dokunun nadir yerleştiği yerlerden birisidir.
