Angioplasty to the axillo-axillary by-pass graft in a patient with Behçet's disesase

Abstract
Both coronary artery and subclavian artey involvement can be found in patients with Behçet's disease. In this report, we present an angioplasty procedure to the totally occluded axillo-axillary graft in a patient with Behçet's disease who underwent both coronary by-pass and a shunt operation between the right and left subclavıan arteries. Also, we highlight the specific issues about this procedure.
Özet
Behçet hastalığı bulunan olgularda, hem koroner hem de subklavian arter tutulumu görülebilmektedir. Bu yazıda, daha önce koroner arter ve aksillo aksiller bypass operasyonu uygulanmış bir hastada, aksillo-aksiller artere yapılan anjiyoplasti işlemi sunulmakta ve bu konuda dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar gözden geçirilmektedir.
