A research on the profitability, cost and physical production inputs of stick tomato in a selected region

Abstract

This study was carried out agricultural farms which tomato(stick) in Kazova plain of Tokat province. Basis material of this study was formed data which collected by making a survey obtained from 5 villages. For determination of unit area famı cost TAM(HOLL) cost analysis and for determination of product cost alternative cost were used. For producing 1 decar tomato 626 192 129 TL cost was determinate. This tomato cost consist of two parts; fixed cost w:hich is given 64 437 246 TL and variable cost (changeable depend on production) which is given 561 754 883 TL. Gross Product Value and Proportional Profit of tomato (stick) were found and arrangend in order like this 718 989 919 TL and 1,15.

Özet

Bu çalışma Tokat-Kazova yöresinde sırık domates yetiştiren tarım işletmelerinde yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın ana materyalini araştırma bölgesindeki 5 köyden anket yolu ile elde edilen veriler oluşturmaktadır. Birim alan işletme masraflarının belirlenmesinde tanı maliyet analizi ve üretim masraflarının saptanmasında da alternatif maliyet unsuru dikkate alınmıştır. Bir dekar domates(sırık) ürolmek için 626 192 129 TL masraf belirlenmiştir. Bu masrafların 64 437 246 TL'sı sabit masraflar ve geriye kalan 561 754 883 TL'sı ise üretim hacmine bağlı olarak değişebilen değişken masraf unsurlarından oluşmuştur. Sırık domatesin dekara gayri safı üretim değeri ise 718 989 919 TL ve oransal karlılığı ise 1,15 olarak tespit edilmiştir.
