A successful transcatheter embolization of coronary artery fistula with coil: A case report

Abstract
Coronary artery fistulas are the second commonly seen coronary anomaly following the outlet abnormalities of coronary arteries. Transcatheter embolization or surgical methods are implemented as therapeutic methods. In this report a successful case, in which coil was placed in a transcatheter embolization of a fistula with a diameter of 2,5 mm was presented.

Koroner arter fistülleri, koroner arter çıkış anomalilerinden sonra, ikinci sıklıkta görülen anomalilerdir. Bu olguların tedavisinde perkütan transkateter girişim ile embolizasyon veya cerrahi yöntemler uygulanır. Bu makalede 2,5 mm çapında bir koroner arter fistülüne koil konulan başarılı bir olgu sunuldu.
