Abstract
Law is not something that is self-existent or auto-powered. It cannotemerge without the support of a power that sustains and protects its intereststhrough this law. However, the power which does not allow the law as anobjective system and boundary but keeps it as a tool to maintain its owninterests would become a visible force rather than a silent power. In thecapitalist society, the economic power is the power that supports law. Theability to operate law as an objective system depends on being supported bynon-state social powers.
