Environmental sensitivity in scope of the tourism ethics

Abstract

Environmental sensitivity is a close up concept with its economical, ethical, sociolog ical and legal aspects. The hope to leave a cleaner environment for future generations will increase, only if the environmental protection awareness is internalized as a responsibility. In this study, the environmental sensitivity expected from the touris m industry, defined as the industry without a chimney and the environment is its main resource, and the hospitality enterprises, which indicate high risk in causing environmental problems, environmental protective measures they should take are evaluated in the axis of the ethical principles

Özet

Çevresel duyarlılık; toplumsal, ekonomik, etik ve hukuksal yönleriyle günümüzde ön plandaki kavramlardandır. Çevre koruma bilinci, bir sorumluluk olarak içselleştirildiği takdirde, gelecek nesillere temiz b ir çevre bırakma umudu artacaktır. Bu çalışmada, bacasız endüstri olarak nitelendirilen ve hammaddesi çevre olan turizm sektöründen ve sektörde çevre sorunlarına yol açma riski daha yüksek olan konaklama işletmelerinden beklenen duyarlılık, almaları gerek en çevre koruyucu önlemler etik ilkeleri ekseninde değerlendirilmiştir
