Total lipid and total fatty acid percentages of immature stages and adults of Itoplectis melanocephala (Gravenhorst, 1829) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)

Abstract
In this study, total lipid and total fatty acid percentages of immature stages and adults of endoparasitoid Itoplectis melanocephala (Gravenhorst) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae) reared on Galleria mellonella L. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) under laboratory conditions were determined. Total lipid and total fatty acid percentages of Itoplectis melanocephala decreased in adults compared with immature stages.
Özet
Bu çalışmada, laboratuvar şartlarında Galleria mellonella L. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) üzerinde yetiştirilen endoparazitoid Itoplectis melanocephala (Gravenhorst, 1829) (Hymenoptera: Ichneumonidae)’nın ergin öncesi dönemleri ile erginlerinin total lipid ve total yağ asidi yüzdeleri belirlenmiştir. I. melanocephala erginlerinin total lipid ve total yağ asidi yüzdelerinin ergin öncesi dönemlerle karşılaştırıldığında azaldığı görül-müştür.
