In the Scope of Historical Flow Industrial Relations and Current Situation Labour Life Policies Of The Republic of Korea (South Korea)

Abstract
Within the scope of the article, it is primarily aimed to provide a general information about the Republic of Korea by including the historical roots of the South Korea country and the official name of the Republic of Korea after gaining its full independence. The important developments of the Republic of Korea, especially in the historical process, caused the study. In the development and result parts of the study, the success story of the Republic of Korea, which was liberated from the hegemony of Japan after the II.World War (1939 - 1945) and attained full independence and at the same time became a republic in its own right, within the scope of economic development and evolutıon called the miracle of the Han River, wıll be conveyed in general terms. Still ın the historical flow process of the Republic of Korea’s industrial relations system and in this context the regulatory role of the State authority, the developments regarding the union activities and the collective bargaining process are tried to be conveyed in the specified periods. In the content of the article, it is aimed to provide the opportunity to analyze the subject by including various statistics. In addition, within the scope of the article, the current employment and working policy of the Republic of Korea is given in general terms. In this context, the effects of the economic and political conjuncture of the Republic of Korea in the historical flow and on the industrial relations of the country in question were examined.
Özet
Makale çalışması kapsamında öncelikli olarak Güney Kore ülkesinin kısaca tarihsel kökenine ve tam bağımsızlığını kazanması ile resmi olarak Kore Cumhuriyeti ismini almasına ilişkin hususlara yer verilerek Kore Cumhuriyeti hakkında genel bir bilgi aktarımı sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin çalışmaya konu edinilmesine özellikle tarihsel süreçte ekonomik anlamda gösterdiği önemli gelişmeler sebebiyet vermiştir. Çalışmanın gelişme ve sonuç bölümlerinde ise, II. Dünya Savaşı (1939 – 1945) sonrasında Japonya hegemonyasından kurtulan ve tam bağımsızlığına kavuşan aynı zamanda tek başına bir cumhuriyet olma özelliğini söz konusu dönemde elde eden Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin Han Nehri mucizesi şeklinde adlandırılan ekonomik kalkınma ve gelişme kapsamında elde ettiği başarı hikâyesi genel manada aktarılacaktır. Yine Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin tarihsel akış sürecinde endüstri ilişkileri sistemi ve bu kapsamda Devlet otoritesinin düzenleyici rolü, Sendikal faaliyetler ve Toplu pazarlık süreci ile ilgili gelişmeler, belirlenen dönemler itibariyle aktarılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Çalışmanın içeriğinde, çeşitli istatistiklere yer vermek suretiyle konuya ilişkin analiz yapma imkanının sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Ayrıca makale kapsamında Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin mevcut durumdaki istihdam ve çalışma politikasına genel hatları ile yer verilmektedir. Bu kapsamda Kore Cumhuriyeti’nin tarihsel akış içerisinde ve genel manada ekonomik ve siyasi konjonktürünün söz konusu ülkenin endüstri ilişkilerine etkileri incelenmiştir.
