LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF SAFETY AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS FOR THE WORKPLACE AND ITS OUTBUILDINGS

İŞYERİ BİNA VE EKLENTİLERİNDE ALINACAK SAĞLIK VE GÜVENLİK ÖNLEMLERİNİN HUKUKSAL ÇERÇEVESİ

Abstract

In this study, have reviewed the legal framework of safety and health requirements for the workplace and its outbuildings. It is explained that the legislation about this subject is abstract and contains no details, and this issue may cause problems in terms of occupational safety practice. In this context, it is aimed to present suggestions for the solution of these problems. In this case, European Union law and German law are also described comparatively with Turkish occupational safety law.

Bu çalışmada işyeri bina ve eklentilerinde alınacak iş güvenliği önlemlerinin hukuksal çerçevesi incelenmiştir. Konuyu düzenleyen mevzuatın soyut ve detaysız olduğu, bu durumun ise iş güvenliği uygulaması açısından sorunlar yaratabileceği vurgulanmıştır.
