Özet

Bu çal ışma Eskişehir Sulamas ı n ı n 1994 y ı l ı na iliş kin sulama sistem performans ı n ı n değ erlendirilmesi amac ı yla yap ı lm ışt ı r. Eskişehir Sağ Sahil Sulamas ı araşt ı rma alan ı olarak seçilmi ştir. Ara şt ı rma alan ı nda su kullan ı m etkinliğ i göstergelerinden su temini oran ı , toplam sulama suyu ihtiyac ı na göre tersiyer baz ı nda 1.58, ş ebeke baz ı nda 1.30; su uygulama rand ı man] % 65, iletim rand ı man ı % 92, da ğı t ı m rand ı man ı % 78 ve toplam sulama rand ı man ı % 46.6; tar ı msal etkinlik göstergelerinden, sulama oran ı % 50 ve üretim değeri oran ı % 88; ekonomik, sosyal ve çevresel etkinlik göstergelerinden mali etkinlik oran ı % 92, mali yeterlilik oran ı % 28, tahsilat oran ı % 60 ve sürdürülebilir sulama alan ı oran ı % 100 olarak belirlenmi ştir.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate irrigation system performance belonging the year 1994 in Eski ş ehir irrigation. The right bank of Eski şehir irrigation was selected as research area. The indicators which determine the level of water management performance can be grouped in terms of water use, agricultural, economical, social and environmental efficiency. Water supply ratios are 1.58 at tertiary level and 1.30 at scheme as to gross water requirement. Field application, conveyance, distribution and total irrigation project efficiencies were determined as 65%, 92%, 78% and 46.6%, respectively. Irrigation ratio is 50% and crop production ratio is 88%. Thr ratio of financial efficiency, financial sufficiency, water fee collection and sustainable irrigated area were found out as 92%, 28%, 60% and 100% respectively in the scheme.
