Corruption and the Reorganisation of Turkish Political Life: A Proposal for a Model to Overcome Corruption in Turkey

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to suggest a model for Turkey in fighting against corruption. The author argues that; "as it is known, the corruption increasingly spreads over Turkey". Therefore, in this study the corruption phenomenon and political corruption is analyzed, and subsequently a reconstruction for Turkish Political life is suggested in order to fight against corruption. In this framework, structural reforms suggested to be made in public administration and politics are studied in detail.

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, yozlaşmayla mücadelede Türkiye için bir model ortaya koymaktır. Bilindiği gibi yozlaşma, Türkiye'de giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu nedenle, çalışmada önce Türkiye'deki yolsuzluk olgusu ve politik yozlaşma incelenmekte, ardından da yozlaşmayla mücadele için Türk siyasal yaşamının yeniden yapılanması önerilmektedir. Bu çerçevede, kamu yönetiminde ve siyasette yapılması Önerilen köklü reformlar da ayrıntılı olarak incelenmektedir.
