Günümüz yazarlarından olan Osman Çev ksoy 'un toplumcu gerçekç b r anlatım özell ğ gösteren Başıma Dağlar Düştü adlı eser hem edebî hem de sosyoloj k bağlamda değerlend rmeye değer b r eserd r. Bu çalışmanın g r ş kısmında eserde rdelenen kavramlar, toplumcu gerçekç bakış açısı edeb yat-sosyoloj l şk s ç nde tanıtılmıştır. Bu bölümde eser hakkında genel b lg ler de ver lerek eser n hem edeb yat hem de sosyoloj açısından önem vurgulanmıştır. İk nc kısımda se eser, çeş tl yönler yle tahl l ed lm şt r. Roman tahl l yapılırken genel üç başlık ("Anlatıcı", "İçer k", "Anlatma Yöntem ve Ögeler ") altında d ğer ögelere a t başlıklar da açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuç olarak da romanın edeb yat tar h m z çer s ndek yer vurgulanmıştır
