Abstract

Introduction: Sheehan’s Syndrome (SS) is a rare complication of postpartum hemorrhage but also it sometimes may be a serious one. This syndrome which is seen secondary to obstetric hemorrhage, is the end point of adenohypophyseal ischaemic necrosis. Case: In this case report, a patient previously diagnosed adrenal insufficiency who admitted the emergency with isolated hypoglycemia is described. Conclusion: Our goal presenting this is to emphasize the importance of a detailed anamnesis no matter what is diagnosed before.
