Özet
Şair Öldü, günümüz yazarlarından olan Sibel K. Türker’in ilk romanıdır. Türker, bireyi anlatan bir romancıdır. O, olaydan ziyade bireyi önceler, onun iç dünyasını anlatmaya çalışır. Bu birey, yaşadığı dönemin ürünüdür. Nitekim eserde anlatılan Ersin 1980 sonrası ortaya çıkan apolitik, sıkıntılı, bunalımlı bir bireydir. Bununla birlikte yazarın birey üzerinden toplumsal olanı anlatmaya çalıştığı da söylenebilir. Türker, tekilde tümeli anlatmaya çalışmaktadır. O, anlattığı bireyi derin iç dünyasıyla vermekte, onun bireyselliğini ortaya koymaktadır. Bununla birlikte birey, toplumsal olanın bir sonucudur; dolayısıyla birey ortaya konurken aynı zamanda toplumsal durum da sergilenmektedir. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmada Şair Öldü adlı eser ele alınacak ve farklı başlıklar altında değerlendirilecektir.
