A rare complication of endotracheal intubation: oropharyngeal perforation

Abstract
Pharyngeal perforation is a rare complication of endotracheal intubation. In this case report, a patient who was intubated due to an elective operation and in whom the soft palate and right lateral to the uvula, oropharyngeal perforation was observed during the postoperative period is presented.

Farengeal perforasyon erıdotrakeal entübasyorıun nadir komplikasyonlarındandır. Bu yazıda elektif operasyon için entübe edilen ve postoperatif dönemde uvulanın sağ lateralindeki yumuşak damakta orofarengeal perforasyon saptanan bir olgu sunuldu.
