Activities of associations

Abstract

Associations are legal persons, who are gathered around a common purpose. The purpose of an association is one of the most important aspect of it’s legal personality. The activities of associations vary accor- ding to their purposes. Associations are estabilished for realizing their “ideal purposes” other than profit sharing. Their “ideal” purposes dif- ferentiate them from the commercial corporations. Associations have freedom of activitiy limited with their objectives and their activites must of course be within the legal system.

Özet

Dernekler, ortak bir amaç çevresinde toplanmış tüzel kişilerdir. Amaç unsuru, dernek tüzel kişiliğinin en önemli unsurlarından biridir. Dernekler faaliyetlerini amaçları doğrultusunda çeşitlendirirler. Der- nekler kazanç paylaşma amacı dışında,“ideal (manevi) bir amacı” ger- çekleştirmek için kurulurlar. Derneğin amacının ideal olması onu ticaret ortaklıklarından ayıran en önemli unsurdur. Derneklere tanınan faaliyet serbestîsi, amaçları ile sınırlı olup, gerçekleştirilmek istenen faaliyetler, hukuk düzeni sınırları içinde olmalıdır.
