Abstract

The independent administrative authorities have emerged as a result of the transition to a free market economy through diminishing the role of the state in the economic field. The independent administrative authorities function in the sensitive areas of the economic and public life and in Turkey, they are independent establishments with a public entity where the board members are able to make decisions without any influence and autonomous establishments which are only subject to judicial and legislative control

Özet

Bağımsız idari otoriteler, devletin ekonomik alandaki rolünün azaltılması anlayışı sonucu serbest piyasa ekonomisine geçilmesi ile ortaya çıkmışlardır. Bağımsız idari otoriteler, ekonomik ve kamusal yaşamın duyarlı alanlarında faaliyette bulunan, Türkiye örneği bakımından kamu tüzel kişiliğine sahip, kurul üyelerinin hiçbir etkiye tabi olmadan karar alabilmeleri anlamında bağımsız, sadece yargı ve yasama denetimine tabi özerk kuruluşlardır
