Abstract

Kyphoscoliosis is a progressive disease may cause difficulties with both tracheal intubation and regional anesthesia. This report describes the combined spinal epidural anesthesia experience for percutaneous nephrolithotomy that performed in a patient with severe thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis.

Özet

Kifoskolyoz hem trakeal entübasyon hem rejyonel anestezide zorluklara neden olabilen ilerleyici bir hastalıktır. Bu makalede ciddi torakolomber kifoskolyozu olan bir hastada perkutan nefrolitotomi operasyonu için kombine spinal epidural anestezi deneyimimizi sunduk.
