Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Eğitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Anabilim Dalı öğrencilerinin görüşlerine dayalı olarak toplumsal ve politik koşulların Türk Eğitim Sistemi üzerindeki etkisini tarihsel bir bakış açısıyla ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemiyle tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Bayburt Eğitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık Anabilim Dalı’nda öğrenim gören 139 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerin görüşlerini ortaya çıkarmak için veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formlarından elde edilen nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Eğitimin tarihsel gelişimi dikkate alındığında öğrencilerin toplumsal ve politik koşulların eğitim sistemini etkilediğini düşündükleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Günümüz eğitim sisteminin sorunlarının kaynağı olarak da eğitim sisteminin kendisini, siyaseti ve değişimleri görmektedirler.
Abstract
The aim of this study is to reveal effects of social and political conditions on Turkish Education System based on education faculty students’ opinions in historical perspective. The study was designed with the qualitative research methods. The study group consists of 139 students studying at Bayburt Educational Faculty the department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance. To reveal students’ opinion, the interview form, developed by the researcher was used as data collection tool. Descriptive analysis technique was used in the analysis of the qualitative data that was obtained from the interview forms. When the historical development of education is taken into consideration, it has emerged that the students believe that the social and political conditions affect the education system. The students regard the education system itself, politics and changes as the source of the problems of today's education system.
